Abundia Reports 6.67% Net Return for First Valuation Period Ended 30 June 2026

Hong Kong / Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 9 September 2026

Abundia Opportunities Fund Limited (“Abundia” or the “Fund”) is pleased to announce its first performance result following the Fund’s official launch on 12 May 2026 and its first quarterly Valuation Day on 30 June 2026. Based on the Net Asset Value calculation prepared by the Fund’s independent administrator, NAV Fund Services, the Fund generated a gross return of approximately 8.21% and a net return of approximately 6.67% for the period from 12 May 2026 to 30 June 2026. The 6.67% represents the Fund’s return for this approximately seven-week initial reporting period and is not an annualized return.

The Fund’s performance during its inaugural valuation period was driven primarily by its AI-related investment positions in the Korean market and its engagement strategy in the Japanese market. These strategies were the principal contributors to the Fund’s positive performance during the period and reflect Abundia’s multi-strategy approach to identifying opportunities across Asian markets.

For the first valuation period, the Fund’s management fee was fully waived, and no management fee was charged. The Fund’s 20% performance fee on eligible profits remained applicable and was reflected, together with other applicable Fund expenses, in the calculation of net performance. Following these deductions, the Fund recorded a net return of approximately 6.67%, compared with a gross return of approximately 8.21%, for the period from 12 May 2026 to 30 June 2026. These returns represent the Fund’s performance for the approximately seven-week period and are not annualized.

The inaugural result represents the Fund’s first formal valuation since launch and establishes the initial performance record for Abundia under its quarterly valuation framework. The Fund will continue to pursue its multi-strategy investment approach, including its focus on identifying thematic opportunities and engagement-driven investments across Asian markets, while maintaining disciplined portfolio construction and risk management.

Abundia’s Net Asset Value is calculated on a quarterly basis, with the final Business Day of each calendar quarter serving as the Fund’s Valuation Day.

Performance figures are based on the unaudited Net Asset Value calculation prepared by NAV Fund Services as of 30 June 2026. Gross and net returns presented above relate solely to the period from 12 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 and have not been annualized. Net performance reflects applicable Fund expenses and incentive fee accruals. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
