Abundia Opportunities Fund Limited (“Abundia” or the “Fund”), a British Virgin Islands-domiciled incubator fund, today announced the official launch of the Fund, marking a key milestone in its transition from a founder-capital platform into an institutionally structured investment vehicle.

The launch follows a strong performance year for Abundia’s predecessor vehicle, which delivered a return of 34.0% net of fees, before tax and SG&A expenses in 2025, reflecting the effectiveness of its multi-strategy investment approach and disciplined risk management framework.

The Fund operates under a dual-jurisdictional structure, with the Fund domiciled in the British Virgin Islands and investment management conducted through Wells Global Asset Management Limited (“WGAM”), a Hong Kong-licensed investment manager regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”). This structure establishes an institutional-grade platform incorporating regulated portfolio management, execution oversight, compliance infrastructure, and risk management consistent with global best practices.

In connection with this structure, Yusuke McKenzie, Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Abundia, will continue to play a central role in the Fund’s investment process, working closely with WGAM in portfolio construction, strategic positioning, and risk oversight, while ensuring alignment between Abundia’s proprietary investment philosophy and the regulated investment management framework.
